The Housing Board launched 3,095 Build-To-Order (BTO) apartments at the very first sales exercise of this year .
The apartments are spread across two housing projects from the older Toa Payoh property – one in Kim Keat and yet another close Caldecott – and yet another job in Sembawang.

In the Toa Payoh places, costs start from $90,000, excluding licenses, to get a two-room flexi apartment and $395,000 for a four-room flat.
Toa Payoh can be slated to get a makeover under HDB’s Remaking Our Heartland programme, by which new residential improvements and facilities will soon be released to reestablish the city.
The previous BTO launching for Toa Payoh was that the 542-unit Kim Keat Beacon in May 2018, in which the four-room apartments were four times oversubscribed.
Back in Sembawang, the 1,467 units available vary from two-room flexi into five-room apartments, such as 45 three-generation apartments.
The project, known as Canberra Vista, is adjacent to the recently opened Canberra MRT station. Prices begin from $89,000, excluding licenses, to get a two-room flexi apartment, $272,000 to get a four-room apartment and $355,000 to get a three-generation flat.
It’ll be served by 2 forthcoming advancements – Canberra Plaza, a community center, and Bukit Canberra, a 12ha incorporated sports and community heart.
HDB stated that the three-room apartments in Canberra Vista and Toa Payoh Ridge won’t arrive with a partition which divides the kitchen and utility space.
